Rental Policies
All rentals are pre-cash except pre-approved charge accounts. Driver's license is required. There is a deposit that is returned when the merchandise is returned. Also, there is a required 10% damage waiver that is added to the rental price. This is not returned. If it is returned dirty, there is also a cleaning charge. This charge is dependent on the equipment type. Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer until it is returned and accepted by Just Ask Rental. In the case that the equipment is lost or damaged in any way, the customer will be charged the full replacement or repair cost in addition to the rental cost. Non-credit customers may be required to make a cash or credit card deposit at time of rental. Delivery service is available. The rental period represents the period of time that elapses between the time an item has been checked out and the time the item is returned. Should an item be returned after the designated time on your rental agreement, an additional rental fee will apply. If you need additional time, please notify us immediately. Minimum rental rate of 3 hours or less may apply to specific items. Daily rental represents a 24 hour period of time between pick-up or receipt of an item and the time the item is returned. If we are closed for business on a given day, the rental item must be returned within the 1st hour of business the following day. Items returned after the 1st hour of business will be subject to an additional rental charge. The weekly rental fee applies to an item checked-out over seven consecutive days including business and non-business days. The monthly rental fee applies to an item checked-out over (4 weeks) or 28 actual days including business and non-business days. All equipment powered by fuel is full at time of rental. Should more fuel be needed, it is the responsibility of the customer to purchase it and make sure the proper fuel is used. There is a $45 fee for small equipment and $65 for larger equipment that is returned with a less than full fuel tank. Should items be returned unreasonably dirty - cleaning fees may be added to the rental charge. Sales tax will be charged on all rental. All prices on this web site are subject to change at any time.
